Everyone's heard of quest helper. It's exactly what it sounds like. It gives you little icons on your map that show you where all the things/people you need for quests are. Along with that, there's an arrow that you can move wherever that shows you where to go in order to be most time efficient. It's good for when you're leveling, but if you just raid all the time it's useless and just gets in the way. You can able and disable them for each character.
