Have you ever noticed how many quests there are where you have to do with poop or something else gross like that? There's a bunch of quests where you dig through poop to get stuff. There's a quest where you take something that gives you diarrhea so you can dig through your own poop to find stuff. Oh yeah, and we can't forget about the abominations that throw up on you using their "vile vomit" ability.
EDIT: I just found another where this dwarf is stuck in a portopoty and you have to bring him toilet paper in the form of silk cloth because he has a very sensitive ass. XD
